Tenant Lease Fees

For full legal compliance, the following are fees associated with renting a property within RockSolid Property Management's Division:

• Pet fee (one time) - $250 per pet - maximum of 2 pets
• Pet rent (ongoing) -$50 per pet, per month
• ePay option with debit/credit card - additional 2.99% to rent amount
• EFT option with bank draft - additional $1.00 to rent amount
• Resident Benefits Package - $35 - $85 depending on property and circumstances
• Lease initiation processing fee - $25
• Lease renewal processing fee - $25
• Security Deposit - No more than 2 months rent amount, but typically equal to 1 months rent
• Late rent payment fee - $175
• Insufficient funds/returned payment fee - $85
• Failure to transfer utilities into tenant's name within 3 days of taking possession of property - $50 per utility bill
• Maintenance repairs - first $100 of minor repairs not requiring a licensed contractor; first $200 for major appliance repair or service charge (HVAC, electric, etc)
• Missing a scheduled maintenance appointment - $85
